1. What makes WOCcases unique?
Each phone case is designed to be someone’s personal piece of art. I focus on cool designs you’ll actually use and love every day, and let the functional protection do its thing.
2. What phone models do you support?
Currently, cases for iPhone and Samsung models are available. Each listing shows exactly which models are supported so you can find the perfect fit.
3. How long will it take to make and ship?
Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–3 business days. USPS shipping times vary by location, and you’ll always see an estimated delivery date at checkout. The slowest delivery so far was around 15 days during the Christmas rush.
4. What is your return policy?

Ordered the incorrect case: Because phone cases are print-on-demand and made specifically for your model, I can’t accept returns or exchanges for ordering the wrong model.

That said, I do want you to love your case. If there’s any issue with the artwork or the actual case itself, you can return it within 30 days for a refund or replacement. Just reach out and I’ll help you out.

5. How do I contact you if I have questions?
You can email me through the contact page or reach out directly by email. I operate solo, but I’m here to make sure you have a great experience shopping with me.
6. How do I find my exact phone model?

The easiest way is inside your phone’s settings:

  • iPhone: Settings → General → About → Model Name
  • Samsung: Settings → About phone (or About device) → Model Name

7. How protective are the cases, really?
I’ve personally used mine for over 4 years and I haven’t been gentle with it. WOCcases use a dual-layer build: a shock-absorbing TPU inner liner and a hard polycarbonate outer shell. They’re made for everyday drops, bumps, and chaos — not just looks.
8. Are the cases bulky or heavy?
Nope. They’re protective without feeling like a brick in your pocket or hand. You’ll notice the protection, not the bulk.
9. Do the designs fade or peel over time?
Artwork is printed using high-quality methods designed to last with normal use. Like anything used daily, some wear can happen over time — but peeling or flaking isn’t normal. If that happens, reach out.
10. Are the cases compatible with wireless charging?
Yes. All compatible models support wireless charging. MagSafe cases are specifically designed to work with MagSafe chargers and accessories.
11. Do the cases work with screen protectors?
Yep. Standard screen protectors work fine with WOCcases, and a screen protector is always a good idea.
12. Do the buttons and ports line up correctly?
Yes. Each case is model-specific and precisely cut for buttons, speakers, and ports for the model you choose.
13. Are these cases made in advance or after I order?
Each case is made to order. That keeps waste down and ensures your case is produced specifically for you.
14. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Because cases are produced quickly after ordering, changes or cancellations aren’t guaranteed. If you catch me fast, reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
15. Is this a big company or a small shop?
It’s just me — a small creator-run shop. One person designing the art, running the store, and handling customer support.
16. Why don’t you offer returns for wrong models?
Cases are made specifically for the model ordered and can’t be resold. That’s why double-checking your phone model before ordering is important.
17. Where are you based?
I’m based in the United States. Production partners may vary, but my quality standards stay the same.
18. How should I care for my case?
Clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to keep the artwork looking its best. If you prefer fewer fingerprints, matte finish options are available.
19. Will the colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Screens vary slightly. While colors are very close, small differences can happen depending on your device’s display settings.
20. What if something feels off with my order?
